Go Team Lyme
Hi everyone!
I just got my new bike today....she is so pretty! Can't wait to see how fast I can go! I also swam today, about 1800 yds and ran 7.2 miles...the most I have EVER run! (of course I looked like the walking wounded afterwards with all the ice packs I had on....but hey injury prevention is key right?? I just need to make sure I can eventually finish that 13 mile run in Timberman...ouch! Hope you are are all happy training..... give me a call with any swim questions! Can't wait to get together for another group swim...maybe followed by a run? Good Luck Jeremy! Have fun! GO TEAM LYME!!

This is Great
This web forum is awsome! Great job Melissa! The Revolutionary Run in Valley Forge park was great...I had a lot of fun. The results are posted on there website and they were taking pictures, so hopefully I can have a real picture for the website...instead of the one of me while I had a few in me. haha And a group swim soon would be great.

I just said NO to a candy bar!
Oh man! I ate a salad for lunch... it was nasty. I was wishing it was an order of Mcdonalds fries. Anyway, I think my ankle is all better (3 weeks of not running, it should be!) On Thursday, Laura and I went for a run at East Goshen. One mile, that's all. I didn't want to over-do it! No injuries or soreness so I will be doing a jog later this evening.
Great job jeremy on your run!!! That's exciting! I will def check up on your times and pictures.
TRAINING DATE: I am going swimming May 1st at ACAC. It is "bring a guest for free day" so whoever wants to come is welcome! Meet at 6:00 in ACAC lobby.
We have to set-up a bike date soon. My bike has been collecting dust :-(
I am pumped for Katy and Eric's Beef and Beer this weekend!! You guys are awesome!! Tickets are still available if you would like to come!
Talk to you all soon!

CANDY IS GOOD!!!
Hey man everything in moderation! If it were a snickers, you have dairy, protein, carbs..... okay I guess I can't make it sound healthy but.... I think I have off on May first, I will double check and get back to everyone! Ran again tonight, but probably could have walked just as fast...something about running after a 12 hour shift just stinks! ( No not my feet
) Okay enough from me, keep up the training everyone!
